• Industripolitisk konferanse 2010

    Med industripolitiske konferansen 2010 følger vi opp suksessen fra 2008.  Vi ønsker å sette søkelyset på industri og politikk og  inviterer til den andre tverrpolitiske industripolitisk konferansen i Hammerfest. Målet er å skape et utviklingsverksted for industri, næringsliv, samt lokale, regionale og nasjonale beslutningstakere.

  • The conference as an arena for dialogue

    The Barents Sea Conference has become the most important meeting place for the petroleum industry in the north-Norwegian area. The conference takes place in north-Norway and discusses problems and challenges within oil and energy - seen from the north. The conference is attended by decision-makers and the most central companies within industry, administration and supply.

  • Terje Riis-Johansen to Artic Energy 2010

    The Norwegian Minister of Petroleum and Energy, Terje Riis-Johansen, will be attending the Barents Sea Conference to discuss the imminent new petroleum White Paper. The impacts and implications of the 2010 revision of the Integrated Management Plan will be addressed.

    Vamp konsertene ble dessverre avlyst på grunn av stans i flytrafikken, men det blir likevel konsert på Arktisk kultursenter mandag 19. april kl. 18.00. Hammerfestbandet Tyven har på kort varsel sagt ja til å spille konsert for Barentshavkonferansens deltakere.

  • Meeting with the Minister of Petroleum and Energy in Hammerfest is postponed

    The meeting, which was due to begin at 08.30 on Tuesday 20th April, has been postponed. The Department for Oil and Energy will give out further information when a new date has been settled. The Minister of Petroleum and Energy will give his opening presentation via video link.

  • Riis-Johansen til Barentshavkonferasen

    I forbindelse med arbeidet vedrørende ny petroleumsmelding, kommer olje- og energiminister, Terje Riis- Johansen, til Hammerfest - og Barentshavkonferansen - for å møte petroleumsbransjen til samråd. Tilbakemeldingene fra bransjen skal tas med i arbeidet med stortingsmeldingen om petroleumsvirksomheten. Dermed får konferansedeltakerne en gyllen mulighet til å gi statsråden direkte tilbakemelding når konferansen går av stabelen 20. - 21. april i år.
